With the official launch of the TrezarTravels site, you can now book +VIP hotel bookings on Expedia.
Here are some guides to help make the process simple.

There are some limitations to the service currently.
The hotel must be marked with +VIP on Expedia.
The URL you paste into the site must be from https://www.expedia.com/. Local expedia sites ending in .de, .jp. etc. will not work.
Also, DO NOT refresh the page with F5 or by reloading the page, doing so will make the Travel Summary disappear and you can’t see the status of your transaction. Instead, click the Refresh button at the button of the Travel Summary.
